AlertMedia is hiring a Web Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing team in executing a broad range of digital projects. This tactical, detail-oriented role plays a critical part in maintaining marketing velocity, optimizing website performance, and enabling internal teams to focus on high-impact initiatives that drive revenue.

You have foundational experience in marketing or digital operations and are eager to grow your skills through hands-on work. You’re excited to learn and contribute in areas like website management, SEO, conversion rate optimization (CRO) testing, and marketing operations, and you thrive in an environment where you can build practical expertise while making a real impact. 

What you get to do every day: 

Campaign and Content Execution 

  • Build and update web pages in WordPress to support campaigns such as paid media, events, blogs, and lead gen asset promotion 
  • Create and maintain pop-ups and lead capture flows in OptinMonster 
  • Assist with project management in Wrike, including brief development, approvals, and status tracking 

Website Optimization and SEO 

  • Implement metadata updates and on-page improvements based on SEO best practices 
  • Support cleanup of legacy pages and media assets 
  • Apply recommendations from Ahrefs audits to improve site health and visibility 
  • Coordinate with marketing stakeholders on GEO initiatives 
  • Support with optimization and maintenance of tools like Qualified and Navattic 

Marketing and Operations Support 

  • Assist with operational updates to help ensure compliance updates are reflected on the site 
  • Support QA for marketing automations 
  • CRO and Experimentation Support 
  • Help project manage A/B tests in VWO, monitor progress, and implement updates based on results 
  • Collaborate on performance tracking and maintain documentation of test outcomes 

What you bring to the role: 

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a marketing coordinator, digital operations, or web support role (or relevant internship experience) 
  • Basic familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems 
  • Analytics mindset with a focus on making data-driven decisions 
  • Comfortable working with marketing tools and task management platforms 
  • Highly organized, responsive, and capable of managing multiple priorities 
  • Motivated to learn and grow within a high-performing marketing team 
  • Excellent communicator, with an ability to influence and compel through a confident and credible delivery   
  • Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written 
  • Position is open for remote work in Mexico only. Must reside in Mexico 
  • This role is not open to sponsorship
