Description

Are you ready to rethink your routine? We’re looking for a Web Content Coordinator to join our Digital team. This role will report into our Senior Ecommerce Manager, and be tasked with managing the upload of content for the Trinny London websites and responsible for keeping the product catalogues updated. Working with various departments, you will ensure that campaigns and products are planned and launched on sites in a timely and efficient manner.

The Role 

Your daily to-dos might look like this:

  • Manage all aspects of global website Content implementation, from briefing through to, testing and live implementation, supported by our Senior Ecommerce Manger
  • Responsible for campaign and product launch activations across global sites, working together with the Digital and UX team to best optimise customer experience and brand launches. 
  • Work with Design, Video Production and Copy teams to plan content production ahead of launches and reactivations
  • Upload content in the CMS and manage optimising the workflow within the system
  • Manage and maintain the product catalogues for both new and existing
  • Build and optimise best-in-class landing pages and blog posts
  • Keep the Web Content calendar updated
  • The go-to person in the business for content updates on site, supporting multiple departments (including, but not limited to: product marketing, customer service, operations and retail)
  • Identify, communicate and resolve (content related) optimisation opportunities and issues on the website
  • Localisation of content for different markets with a lens on optimising the user journey
  • Analyse customer engagement on site and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Work closely with technical teams around efficiencies within CMS and creation of CMS components / pages
Requirements

These skills will help you go far in this role:

  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to work across various projects simultaneously
  • Great attention to detail
  • Confident in using Content Management Systems (Contentful desirable but not required)
  • Efficient communicator
  • Highly collaborative team player with a positive, proactive attitude
  • Ability to autonomously prioritise tasks
  • Knowledge of Asana and Google Analytics a plus
  • Basic understanding of SEO a plus
