What you will do:
Architect, design and develop machine learning prediction models to address business challenges, adhering to INDG best practices with integration of AWS services.
Collaborate with domain experts and product managers to understand business needs and map business problems to ML solutions while.
Learn groundbreaking research in advanced ML topics to solve complex problems quickly.
Act as the principal point-of-contact for ML projects and provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members.
Design and guide feature design and implementation of features for the entire team and deliver solutions for cross-team initiatives.
Use metrics to make data-driven decisions.
Write and maintain production-quality code.
Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
You need to have:
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related STEM field or Bachelor's degree in any subject with a Master's degree or higher in a STEM field required.
5+ years of software development experience and/or commensurate skills building commercial and ML applications.
5+ years’ experience and/or commensurate skills with an object-oriented programming language such as Java or Python, ML/AI frameworks, libraries, data structures and data modeling techniques.
Extensive experience in all phases of machine learning application lifecycles from problem mapping and scoping to data gathering and preparation to optimizing model performance.
Compensation Range:
$190,000.00-$230,000.00Placement in the salary range will be decided upon completion of the interview process. Salary determination will be determined based on factors including but not limited to relevant experience, demonstrated skills related to the requirements of the role, education, certifications, and geographic location.
