We are looking for a Financial Planning Analyst to join the Wealth Planning Department and support the scaling of financial plan generation and client analysis delivery. You will primarily support our Senior Wealth Planners - including building client profiles in eMoney, managing the client portal for account aggregation and administration, and contributing to ad-hoc projects as needed.
The ideal candidate is an effective communicator, collaborative team player, and highly responsive partner to our advisors. We're looking for someone analytical, solutions-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Input client-level data into eMoney financial planning software to support Wealth Planning Analyses
Lead and manage ad-hoc projects within the Wealth Planning Group
Serve as the first point of contact and support for Neuberger wealth advisors and portfolio managers
Manage day-to-day administrative functions within eMoney software
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
1–2 years of relevant work experience or a finance-related internship preferred
Strong quantitative and financial analytical skills with high attention to detail
Proficient in Excel, including data organization, modeling, and analysis
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Quick learner with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with AI tools a plus
SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 (or 63 & 65) required, or to be obtained within 3–6 months of hire
CFP designation preferred or in progress

The salary range for this role is $60,000-$70,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in the job posting location. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, business sector, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, market benchmarking data, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, which, along with base salary and retirement contributions, is part of our total comprehensive package.
