About the role:In this role you will be responsible for upholding buyer trust in watches at eBay, delivering an elevated experience to customers.
Here are some things you’ll find yourself doing day-to-day:- Inspect and authenticate watches, watch accessories and collateral adhering to strict standards and processes
- Utilise expertise in vintage and modern watches to confirm an item's authenticity by locating brand identifiers
- Evaluate the quality of materials and construction of watches (i.e. components, movements, materials and models across luxury brands)
- Keep detailed notes and enter accurate data into our authentication database, including release information, product SKUs and production dates

- Preparing and packaging orders to meet global standards, for shipment to customers globally
- Knowledge of watches across all brands, including modern and vintage luxury watches
- Demonstrate desire to keep up to date with changes, advances and trends in the watch industry

- Comfortable with technology platforms
- Highly organized with demonstrated attention to detail
