Ford Business Solutions is looking for a
Warranty Coordinator
to join our Ford Customer Service Team in our Szentendre office.
What will be your roles and responsibilities?
Manage warranty hotline – dealer/Importer warranty request handling, supporting claim submission, liaising with the assessors.
Handling & managing prior approval request (PAR); in case of escalation, cooperation with Technical Hotline
Warranty training preparation and presentation about processing, claim submission, correction and tracking
Warranty manual & Warranty policy procedure update
Determine parts impo-cost in EDM; and warranty labor revision in cooperation with European Warranty Office (EWO)
Cooperation with the Warranty Audit department if needed
Monitoring dealer’s warranty performance, claim submission, claim types
- Reporting e.g. FSA performance, repair type etc.
Requirements for the position:
University or College Degree, preferably in mechanical engineering
Technical knowledge, automotive experience
Active Driving license for cat. B
At least 2-3 years work experience in technical field
Fluent written and spoken English, other languages are welcome
Good communication skills, proactive (!) personality, ability to work individually
- PC skills
