- 管理团队日常销售行为，确保符合公司要求并通过项目管理平台进行及时更新；
- 按时完成出货及收款工作。
任职资格:
- 本科或以上学历，有较强的暖通或其他理工科专业背景（如制冷及低温技术，建筑环境与能源应用，电气工程等）；熟悉暖通及整体工程系统；
- 8年以上的空调系统解决方案的直销经验；5年以上销售团队管理经验；
- 具备丰富的终端客户及业主资源，在公共建筑（办公楼/酒店/商业体）或工业行业；具备大型VRF销售案例者
- 熟悉工程概预算及施工过程，能识系统施工图等；
- 对销售工作充满热情，目标为导向，积极主动解决问题；

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Strong HVAC or related technical background, such as refrigeration, building environment and energy, or electrical engineering
- Familiarity with HVAC and integrated engineering systems
- At least 8 years of direct sales experience in air conditioning system solutions
- At least 5 years of sales team management experience
- Established relationships with end customers and property owners in commercial or industrial sectors
- Experience with large VRF sales projects
- Knowledge of engineering cost estimation and construction processes
- Ability to understand and interpret engineering construction drawings
- Sales-oriented, proactive, target-driven problem solver
