About This Role

The Vice President of Talent Acquisition will develop and deploy innovative, bespoke recruiting strategies to secure talented, passionate, and high-performing individuals for Bloomwell. You will have a strong and influential company-wide presence, partnering with senior leaders to identify and secure talent that align with Bloomwell’s goals and objectives.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead a team of TA professionals and partner with leaders to hire top talent in the field
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process for high volume recruiting; including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
  • Build out and manage a talent acquisition team to meet ambitious hiring goals across the organization
  • Develop and implement efficient processes and systems to improve hiring capabilities, streamline workflows, and ensure scalability as the Bloomwell team grows
  • Continuously discover methods to utilize current technology and implement new technology into talent acquisition processes and functions
  • Analyze and optimize best practices for candidates and hiring managers
  • Develop recruiting dashboards, reports, and metrics to regularly be shared with leaders
  • Train hiring teams on a best in class hiring processes; including coaching and providing them with interview questions and materials that uphold a first-class candidate experience
  • Deliver proactive strategies, both traditional and out of the box, to source, attract and recruit top tier talent in a competitive market while continuously striving for a best-in-class candidate experience
  • Be a trusted advisor to leaders throughout the organization

Who You Are

  • Passionate and committed to creating a world where every child with autism gets the care and support they deserve
  • An expert with 5-7+ years of talent acquisition experience
  • A graduate with a bachelor’s degree
  • An established leader with 3+ years of experience guiding teams towards continuous achievement and innovation
  • Someone with strong business acumen and the ability to align the talent acquisition strategy with company objectives
  • Comfortable managing a growing team to hire large numbers of people in a fast-paced environment
  • Coming in with prior experience implementing talent acquisition technologies across all segments of the organization (hiring managers, talent acquisition team, marketing, etc.).
  • Analytical with experience in reporting trends, candidate sourcing analytics, and recruitment strategy efficacy
  • An exceptional communicator, skilled in articulating complex ideas to various audiences verbally and through writing
  • Able to train and lead staff, and capable of effectively participating in conferences
  • Someone with strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build trust and rapport with candidates, as well as your colleagues across the organization
  • A time management expert with the capability of managing multiple projects concurrently
  • Knowledgeable of current trends in talent acquisition and demonstrated success in developing bespoke solutions to navigate challenging markets
  • Experienced in building and maintaining successful partnerships
  • Able to rapidly adapt to evolving organizational needs and objectives
  • Someone who can manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy
  • A strong self-motivator and quick learner
  • Someone with a consistent display of poise and professionalism in all situations
