The VP of Sales, North America is responsible for leading our sales efforts and driving revenue growth across the U.S. and Canada. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to take on this critical leadership role. The ideal candidate will develop and execute sales strategies that not only promote revenue growth but also ensure customer satisfaction and enhance brand recognition throughout the region.
The job

Your primary goal will be to cultivate strong relationships with customers and partners while identifying new opportunities for expansion and growth in one of our most strategic markets.
 

More specifically, you will:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive net new sales and foster growth and retention of existing customers and partners across North America
  • Identify and understand unique opportunities and challenges within the North American market
  • Create and expand relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and customers to maximize market penetration
  • Devise and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives for the region, including approaches for sales, customer success, and alliances
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team of sales professionals, operations personnel, account managers, and alliance directors
  • Recruit and hire top talent while promoting a culture of motivation, accountability, and achievement
  • Collaborate closely with other departments, including Professional Services and Marketing, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and exceptional customer experience
  • Build brand recognition and target core industries to establish a strong presence in North America
  • Strong preference for experience in selling Master Data Management (MDM) solutions along with a solid understanding of Software as a Service (SaaS) offerings

We are searching for a dynamic and driven Vice President of Sales, North America who embodies a strong entrepreneurial spirit and boasts a proven track record in successfully driving revenue growth and market expansion within the U.S. and Canada. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in this competitive market.

You should excel at devising and executing sales strategies that capitalize on these factors to achieve outstanding results. As the VP of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in our company's growth by cultivating strategic relationships, fostering customer satisfaction, and establishing a prominent brand presence throughout the region.

Moreover, you have:

  • Proven 10+ year track record of sales leadership ,driving revenue growth, and market expansion within North America
  • Extensive experience in net new selling and account management, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention
  • Previous success in developing and executing effective sales strategies in the U.S. and Canadian markets
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead a high-performing sales team and foster a strong positive team culture
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and strategic thinking capabilities to navigate a competitive and evolving market
  • Experience in the software industry, preferably with expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) and SaaS solutions
  • Track record of raising brand recognition and establishing a strong market presence
  • Proactive, resourceful, and visionary leader with a customer-centric approach to sales
  • Experience using sales execution tools including Salesforce, Clari, and Microsoft collaboration tools
