    Role Overview

    The healthcare industry is riddled with inefficiencies, misaligned incentives, and legacy processes that hinder progress. We're looking for a Vice President of Product to join our leadership team and drive the evolution of our product offering. The ideal candidate will leverage their deep understanding of healthcare, technology, and product strategy to optimize and innovate across our existing verticals-spanning PBM and Navigation internal tools and external facing apps You will lead a cohesive vision for our next big leap in health tech. Rightway is at the forefront of the seismic changes taking place in the American healthcare landscape. AI could play a transformative role in shaping the future of our products, and we are looking for someone to spearhead that evolution.


    Key Responsibilities

    The VP of Product will create, implement and deliver against a unified product vision and lead a team of Product Managers and designers responsible for shaping the core technologies and experiences for clients, members and consumers. Specifically, the Vice President of Product will:


    • Establish, execute, and achieve the company's product roadmap and scaling milestones in strategic alignment with business objectives, client experience, and revenue goals.
    • Define and communicate a unified product vision & strategy that starts with the patient/member journey.
    • Recruit, motivate, and develop a world-class team of product managers and designers capable of rapidly scaling with a hyper-growth company.
    • Ensure alignment with the company mission to humanize the healthcare industry.
    • Introduce and establish tried and true product management processes and decision-making frameworks that will enable the team to prioritize business objectives and move quickly.
    • Own and manage product deliverables by working with engineering teams to understand dependencies, define and communicate timelines, and ensure deadlines are being met.
    • Champion a user experience that is engaging, inspiring, and helpful based on prior experience-based intuition as well as iterative data insights generated by the existing product.
    • Work closely with Engineering to establish systems and processes ensuring predictable development, timely delivery, suitable velocity, and team accountability.
    • Drive a data-centric product culture by defining clear KPIs for your team, tracking them, and measuring success.
    • Develop a culture of product excellence and speed, setting a high bar for fast iteration.


    About You

    • Background of 10-15+ years of experience building consumer or user-focused technology products that disrupt the status quo in a complex, regulated industry with multiple stakeholders. Preference for prior healthcare technology experience. 
    • Significant exposure to a business or product undergoing hyper-growth and proven ability to positively contribute to the growth and expansion of technology platforms and operations.
    • A true leader who has recruited, scaled and managed a world-class product and design team during hypergrowth who is passionate about fostering a culture of quality and innovation.
    • Can balance company strategy and market needs to create a compelling and unifying product vision that acts as a true north for the product and other organizations.
    • Demonstrated experience developing and managing a full product development lifecycle, from research to concept to release and future evolution.
    • Ability to prioritize competing opportunities, balance market needs with business goals, drive detailed trade-offs over the product life cycle, manage conflict, and articulate the rationale behind product decisions while utilizing an analytical framework.
    • Track record of working closely with cross-functional teams to establish systems and processes, ensuring predictable development, timely delivery, suitable velocity, and team accountability.

    • You have a bias for action and being hands-on; able to drive execution of big initiatives while navigating stakeholder concerns.

SALARY (BEFORE COMMISSION POTENTIAL): $250,000 - $300,000
