Own and grow a portfolio of client accounts for Rightway’s Care Navigation product. Build relationships with brokers, carriers and TPAs; drive renewals, upsells, success metrics, reporting, and quarterly business reviews; resolve escalations; collaborate cross-functionally; and deliver product training and operational improvements to maximize client satisfaction and retention.

Design, build and maintain scalable, auditable analytics-ready data models (primarily in dbt) for PBM and care navigation. Implement data quality checks, CI/CD, documentation, pipeline orchestration, and partner with stakeholders to enable self-service analytics and AI-enabled workflows.

Manage key client relationships in the Pharmacy Benefit Management sector, ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction while coordinating with internal teams and leading client interactions.

Support client relationships by tracking and resolving cases, coordinating cross-functional teams, pulling and interpreting reports, maintaining documentation, and providing operational and administrative support to ensure client performance guarantees are met.

The Senior Software Engineer will design and develop the PBM adjudication platform, mentor junior engineers, and maintain production systems using various technologies.

Manage daily accounting operations (AP, AR, cash, payroll), prepare journal entries and reconciliations, support month-end and year-end close, assist with financial statements, audit preparation, sales/use tax filings, and cross-functional projects to improve processes and reporting.
