Support Navigation Team by sourcing, analyzing, and maintaining benefit information and member-facing content. Manage a team of analysts for PBM analytics, driving insights and scalable data products. Partner with business leaders for effective reporting and analysis.

Design, build and maintain scalable, auditable analytics-ready data models (primarily in dbt) for PBM and care navigation. Implement data quality checks, CI/CD, documentation, pipeline orchestration, and partner with stakeholders to enable self-service analytics and AI-enabled workflows.

Design, build, and maintain dbt-based analytics-ready data models and curated data marts powering a PBM financial risk engine. Onboard and optimize claims, pricing, contract, and utilization data, implement data quality controls, support forecasting and risk metrics, and enable advanced analytics and ML operationalization for finance and underwriting stakeholders.

Manage key client relationships in the Pharmacy Benefit Management sector, ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction while coordinating with internal teams and leading client interactions.
