VP, Wealth Pricing

Job Summary:

As the leader of Wealth Pricing, you will be responsible for developing and executing pricing strategies that enhance our competitive positioning and profitability in the retirement product market. You will lead a team of pricing analysts and collaborate closely with product development, marketing, sales, and compliance teams to ensure that our pricing models reflect market trends, customer needs, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of retirement products, and a passion for driving revenue growth through strategic pricing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive pricing strategies for 401(k), 403(b), DCSP, ESOP, and Retail Wealth products that align with the company's overall business goals.

- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform pricing decisions and identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure pricing strategies support new product launches and enhancements.

- Conduct regular pricing reviews and adjustments based on market conditions, profitability analysis, and business performance metrics.

- Lead pricing analytics initiatives to quantify the financial impact of pricing decisions and provide actionable insights to senior management.

- Develop and maintain pricing models that account for various factors, including cost structures, competitive benchmarks, and customer segmentation.

- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure effective communication of pricing strategies and support sales enablement efforts.

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to pricing in the retirement product space.

- Mentor and develop the pricing team to build a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement and innovation.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey pricing strategies and insights to diverse stakeholders.

Customer-Centric Orientation: Strong focus on understanding customer needs and preferences to drive pricing strategies that enhance value and customer satisfaction.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and respond quickly to changing market conditions.

Results-Driven: Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and profitability through effective pricing strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Actuarial, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- 10+ years of experience in pricing, finance, or product management within the financial services or retirement products industry.

- Is a member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA)

- Proven leadership experience with a track record of driving results and influencing cross-functional teams.

- Strong proficiency in pricing analysis tools and financial modeling software.

- Proven track record of managing and developing talent.

Compensation Pay Disclosure:

Voya is committed to pay that’s fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities.

The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.

Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate’s geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

$235,000 - $295,000 USD
