We are seeking a talented individual to join our Placement team at Marsh.

This role will be based in Tokyo, Japan. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least 3 days a week in the office.

Position: パラメトリック保険　推進リード - プレイスメント(Placement) チーム

部署概要：

• Placementは、マーシュ全体の保険会社に対するプレイスメント（＝保険手配）の戦略を立案・実行をする部署であり、企業営業部門と連携し、マーケット情報の収集、共有、ファシリティ保険や非伝統的保険の推進も行う部署です。

We will count on you to /業務内容：

• パラメトリック保険の営業推進・管理
• 顧客企業のニーズ分析、リスクの把握、それに応じたパラメトリック製品の設計と提案（改善提案を含む）
• 顧客企業データの収集・分析、および第三者のパラメトリック指数データの活用
• 見積もり取得条件書の作成、見積もり取得から保険手配、事故対応
• 社内の関係者、クライアント、保険会社との関係構築

　

What you need to have / 必要な経験：

• 保険仲介もしくはアンダーライターとして保険業界での5年から10年の勤務経験 
• 日本語と英語の両方に堪能
• 専門的な内容を非専門家に伝えられるコミュニケーション能力、チームワーク力
• Microsoft Officeに精通していること、特にExcel（VBAを含む） 
• 自己主導で、プロジェクトを独立して管理できる能力

• パラメトリックソリューションまたは密接に関連する分野での経験、技術的な背景
• 経済、財務の学士号；修士号または数学/理系の学位
