Overall Purpose
A sales leader that is passionate for creating and overseeing a results-based sales culture. Managing a customer focused sales organization and developing plans and strategies to achieve company new business objectives. Focused on driving results for the sales functions at a high-growth financial technology company. Overseeing an organization with a sales group focused on new business development and sales enablement. This role will work closely with Early Warning C-suite to drive initiatives and efforts to accomplish sales and revenue goals. Highly satisfied partners, internally and externally, strong sales growth, and successful sales force will be the result of a highly effective and efficient sales leader and organization
Essential Functions

Acts as a passionate leader of the sales organization, motivating employees to drive new sales results, revenue attainment, and customer satisfaction

Drive a results-based culture, while ensuring company vision and values are core to the sales strategy execution

Work with Chief Partnerships Officer, General Manager, and CMO to align on and execute sales objectives with company goals

Hire and manage high-energy, values-based sales personnel

Work with finance to establish sales and revenue and expense budgets

Communicate status of sales objectives regularly with EWS executive management and periodically with Early Warning management committee

Support the company’s commitment to risk management and protecting the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.
Minimum Qualifications
-
Experience structuring partnerships with Issuing Banks, Issuer Processors, and FinTechs.

Develop collaborative and impactful relationships with diverse portfolio of ecosystem providers to drive broad adoption of Paze services and functionality.

Education and experience typically obtained through completion of a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or another related field.

Proven sales experience with technology solutions focused on payments with a primary focus on revenue delivery in the financial services sector.

Consultative, conceptual, and strategic selling skills.

Executive leadership experience.

Management experience of multifunctional teams.

Proven ability to interact with C-level executives at top-tier banks.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships inside and outside of EWS.

Strong ability to influence without authority, sell concepts internally and actively drive streamlined decision making across partners.

Self-starter who works optimally in a dynamic environment and is comfortable managing ambiguity while delivering projects to completion with minimal oversight.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze opportunities from many angles (both quantitative and qualitative) and drives appropriate performance tracking and analysis.

Expertise building business cases on market opportunities and partnerships - including strategy development, market segmentation, competitive analysis, and financial analysis.

Physical Requirements
Working conditions consist of a normal office environment. Work is primarily sedentary and requires extensive use of a computer and involves sitting for periods of approximately four hours. Work may require occasional standing, walking, kneeling, and reaching. Must be able to lift 10 pounds occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently. Requires visual acuity and dexterity to view, prepare, and manipulate documents and office equipment including personal computers. Requires the ability to communicate with internal and/or external customers and travel.

The pay scale for this position in:
Phoenix, AZ in USD per year is: $250,000 - $275,000.
San Francisco, CA in USD per year is: $275,000 - $300,000.
