The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic VP-Investor Relations to lead our engagement with investors, analysts, and key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Investor Relations (IR), preferably in publicly listed companies or investment banking, and possess a strong financial acumen.
What you will do:
- Develop and execute the company’s Investor Relations strategy, ensuring clear, consistent, and transparent communication with investors and analysts.
- Manage relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and other financial stakeholders to enhance shareholder value.
- Lead quarterly earnings calls, financial reporting, and investor presentations.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and the finance team to provide market intelligence and strategic recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial disclosure norms.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor performance, and investor sentiment to support business decisions.
- Organize investor roadshows, conferences, and meetings with key stakeholders.
- Develop and manage investor communications, including annual reports, press releases, and investor decks.
What we are looking for:
- MBA (Mandatory); CA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in Investor Relations, Investment Banking, or Corporate Finance.
- Prior experience in a publicly listed company is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, corporate finance, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to build relationships with investors, analysts, and senior leadership.
