At Tenstorrent, we are building the next generation of AI and RISC-V compute. In this role as the VP of Information Technology you will be responsible for building and scaling the internal technology foundation that helps the company move fast, stay secure, and operate reliably across teams and geographies. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who can own enterprise systems, infrastructure, security partnership, end-user experience, and global IT operations while helping the business scale with discipline.
This role is hybrid, based out of Austin, TX; Santa Clara, CA; or Toronto, ON.

Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k including base and variable compensation targets. Experience, skills, education, background and location all impact the actual offer made.

Skills Required
- Proven experience as an IT leader building and scaling global enterprise systems and infrastructure
- Experience designing and integrating AI-driven IT capabilities and working knowledge of AI platforms
- Experience owning IT strategy, operating model, roadmaps for business applications, integrations, and automation
- Experience partnering with security teams to scale secure infrastructure and governance in high-growth environments
- Hands-on leadership and people management skills, including budgeting and building team capabilities
- Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills across technical and business leaders
- Must be able to work hybrid based out of Austin, TX; Santa Clara, CA; or Toronto, ON
- Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology (citizenship, permanent residency, or ability to obtain required licenses)
