A Bit About the Opportunity 

Multiplier, a very fast-growing series B startup based in NYC & Singapore, is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Vice President / Head of the US & Global Affiliate Sales Channel. This fully remote position will be located in the USA. As the VP & Global Head of Affiliate Sales Channel (USA, Asia and Europe), you will play a pivotal role in driving Multiplier's growth by accelerating growth in our affiliate sales channel. This is an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic leader to shape Multiplier's affiliate / partnership sales execution and contribute to the company's success. This highly visible role will report directly to the SVP & GM of Global Partnerships who is a member of our executive committee. 

What you'll do:

  • Affiliate Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate channel strategy aligned with Multiplier's business goals and objectives. Identify and prioritize strategic partnership opportunities that enhance Multiplier's market position, extend its reach, and drive revenue growth.
  • Partnership and Affiliate Development: Be a hands-on senior leader and build a team to identify and engage potential partners, including HR Tech companies, service providers, industry associations, and other relevant organizations. Evaluate partnership opportunities, negotiate agreements, and develop mutually beneficial collaborations that deliver value to Multiplier and its partners.
  • Relationship Management: Build, grow and maintain strong relationships with partners, serving as the main point of leadership contact. Foster effective communication, collaboration, and trust to drive successful affiliate partnerships. Continuously assess partner satisfaction, address any concerns, and proactively identify ways to strengthen relationships.
  • Revenue Growth: Accountable with a no excuse mentality for accurate forecasts and revenue growth targets through strategic partnerships by leveraging and building a best in class team w/ cross-selling, upselling, and co-marketing opportunities. Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product leadership to develop joint value propositions, pricing models, and go-to-market strategies that maximize revenue generation. 
  • Market Analysis and Trends: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the HR Tech industry. Analyze market dynamics and identify partnership opportunities that align with Multiplier's growth strategy. Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on market analysis.
  • Performance Optimization: Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize affiliate channel effectiveness and profitability.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams, including product, marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment and successful execution of partnership initiatives. Provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams to drive successful partnership implementations and optimize outcomes.
  • Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing affiliate sales team. Recruit, develop, and mentor team members to ensure their success and professional growth. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that promotes creativity, innovation, and excellence.

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA or Master’s preferred).
  • Proven track record of success as a Vice President of Partnerships, Head of Partnerships, or in a similar senior partnerships role within the HR Tech industry or EOR related sectors.
  • Proven track record of scaling a team from 1 - 25 sellers and scalable talent growth model. 
  • Experience working in a high-growth stage startup environment is highly preferred with a track record of building and scaling a channel from $1M to a minimum $10M+ in 18 months.
  • Strong knowledge of the US EOR landscape, HCM or Staffing Agency market is highly desirable, with experience calibrating and managing new and existing partnerships. 
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical abilities, with the ability to identify and evaluate partnership opportunities that align with business objectives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of partnership sales channel, revenue-sharing structures, sales enablement and joint go-to-market strategies with affiliate partners and sales verticals. Experience working remotely or managing remote teams is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote work environment and effectively collaborate with geographically dispersed teams.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to build, motivate, and inspire high-performing sales teams.
  • Experience with various sales tools i.e. Salesforce CRM, PartnerStack, Reveal, Gong
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for partner meetings, conferences, and other business-related events (up to 20% Travel). 
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
