Own statutory payroll compliance for US, Brazil, and Mexico: filings, remittances, reconciliations, pre-payroll validation, notice management, three-way reconciliations, and legislative monitoring. Set up and operationalize the Taxes & Filings function to achieve automated, error-free, high-volume compliance.

Own end-to-end statutory payroll tax filings, remittances, reconciliations, and proof-of-payment for UK, Germany, and Netherlands. Validate pre-payroll statutory items, submit RTI/ELSTER/Loonheffingen filings, manage notices and year-end statutory processes, maintain audit-ready records, monitor legislation, update country playbooks, and reduce manual processes toward autopilot.

Own statutory payroll compliance for India, Singapore, and Australia including pre-payroll validation, filing, remittance, reconciliation, proof uploads, notice management, and legislative monitoring. Perform three-way reconciliations, STP2 validations, Form 16 issuance, and maintain country playbooks. Liaise with Global Payroll Ops, EoR Ops, finance and consultants to ensure timely, accurate filings and continuous process automation.

Design, architect, build, test, and launch backend foundational services and features for a global SaaS platform. Collaborate with product and design, automate engineering workflows, integrate AI/LLM capabilities into products, and maintain high-quality, scalable systems while using data-driven approaches.

Lead payroll support for the US, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil. Own and resolve the most complex country-specific cases, act as escalation point, coach support staff, maintain knowledge base, and drive continuous improvement with Payroll Operations and in-country partners.
