Federato Technologies is a Series B startup based in San Francisco, CA backed company funded by some of the most prominent VCs in the Bay Area. We build software leveraging data and AI to enable large insurance carriers to improve their portfolio optimization and make insurance affordable again. In this role, you will build a top tier delivery team that drives happy, engaged customers and users. As such, you will be owning one of the most critical functions in the company. This is a remote position, but we do have an office in San Francisco.
Responsibilities
- Build and scale a world class delivery organization to support multiple fast-paced customer deliveries
- Ensure that all program teams are efficiently delivering successful customer implementations on time with quality
- Responsible for people management - hiring, developing and implementing organizational structure, delivering performance reviews, providing continual feedback, coaching and career growth
- Work with partner teams to resource, develop end-to-end program plans, influence teams to deliver against them, and keep the org and leadership informed on progress
- Work across many organizations to align plans, manage dependencies, drive execution and deliver broad solutionsWork with teams to set milestones, communicate program statuses, and identify/address potential setbacks
- Perform risk management and change management on programs.
- Drive internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions including reducing the manual efforts through automation
- Proactively identify and communicate product improvements to product engineering leaders and stakeholders
Requirements
- B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience with building and managing a team of Software Engineers and Technical Program Managers
- Proven communication and program management skills
- Proven interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within a multi-disciplinary, cross-functional team
- Experience building, growing, and leading a technical program management organization through design and execution of complex, cross functional programs
- Experience in growing organizations and developing a team culture
- Direct experience leading enterprise B2B programs
- Knowledge of software development processes
