As Vice President, Employee Success Business Partners (ESBP), you will be at the heart of Salesforce's People and AI transformation. Required Experience

- Demonstrated success building and scaling organizations during periods of rapid growth and transformation.
- Strong track record of cultivating effective relationships with diverse client groups and senior executives at all levels.
- Hands-on experience leveraging HRIS and HR technology systems to drive efficiency, insights, and scale.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
