Responsibilities:
- Join NetEase Games AI Lab to explore cutting-edge visual graphics algorithms and their applications in gaming scenarios;
- Participate in the research, development, and implementation of AIGC algorithms for 3D game assets (including but not limited to characters, clothing, rigging, animation, environments, virtual humans, etc.).
Qualifications:
- Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Vision, Graphics, or a related field;
- 3-5 years of work experience in AIGC for 3D content generation;
- Proficiency in at least one mainstream DCC software (Maya, 3DS Max, Blender, etc.) and one major game engine (Unreal or Unity);
- Strong algorithmic and programming skills, with proficiency in Python and C/C++;
- Proactive work attitude, ability to collaborate effectively within a team, and independently conduct research;
- Candidates with first-author publications at top-tier conferences or journals, such as CVPR, ICCV, SIGGRAPH, SIGGRAPH Asia, TOG, or NeurIPS, are preferred.
