Develop and execute global user growth strategies spanning acquisition, engagement, retention, referrals, and monetization. Analyze user feedback, behavioral data, market trends, and game launches to identify opportunities. Lead growth campaigns, incentives, community initiatives, and partnerships with publishers, platforms, creators, and industry partners. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Business Development, and Community teams to optimize initiatives.

Support public company compliance for NetEase and its listed subsidiaries across HKEX and U.S. regimes. Responsibilities include securities filings, periodic reporting, corporate governance, board and shareholder matters, insider trading policies, disclosure assessments, director training, legal research, and coordination with finance, auditors, external counsel, and internal stakeholders.

Manage game product shelf operations, including product selection, listing, configuration, SKU maintenance, pricing, and performance analysis. Oversee merchant communication, negotiations, supply and fulfillment follow-up, service quality, policy training, and partner expansion. Collaborate with supply chain, marketing, product, and other teams to support game launches, campaigns, and operational execution.

Drives user acquisition, monetization, revenue growth, and marketing campaigns across international markets. Manages pricing, promotions, conversion funnels, lifecycle operations, localized growth strategies, channels, communities, partnerships, and product launches. Tracks performance metrics, analyzes ROI, gathers user insights, and coordinates cross-functional delivery with Product, Marketing, Sales, Design, and Engineering teams.

Manage and optimize operational infrastructure for online game services and internal projects. Design runtime environments across servers, virtualization, cloud, networks, and databases; establish monitoring and operational metrics; collaborate on architecture and user-experience improvements; research open-source technologies; and develop automation and AI-assisted operations solutions.

Leads technical R&D for runtime animation in a high-quality multiplayer shooter. Designs and implements aiming, weapon handling, procedural animation, animation graphs, and state orchestration across first- and third-person perspectives. Establishes technical standards, diagnoses quality issues, drives cross-team implementation, and evaluates live results. Manages and mentors animation technical artists while improving team capabilities, workflows, tool automation, and production scalability.

Manage overseas gaming communities and partnerships across Discord, Reddit, Telegram, Facebook Groups, and game forums. Build relationships with community owners and player organizers, develop partnership models, execute campaigns around launches and updates, and track growth, GMV, ROI, traffic, payments, and conversions. The role also involves creating community resources and SOPs, using AI and bot tools, and improving outreach and operational efficiency.

Leads technical R&D for runtime animation in a high-quality dual-perspective PvP shooter. Designs and implements aiming, weapon handling, procedural animation, animation graphs, and state orchestration systems. Establishes technical standards, diagnoses quality issues, drives cross-team delivery, and evaluates live-operation results. Provides matrix leadership and mentorship for animation technical artists while balancing quality, performance, maintainability, and production needs.

Lead cross-border corporate transactions, M&A, investments and divestments; draft and negotiate TMT and commercial contracts; advise on FinTech, blockchain, AI and regulatory issues; manage and mentor legal teams and external counsel; establish contract standards and support group corporate functions.

Localize and transcreate Simplified Chinese game text into natural English; manage terminology/style guides and translation memories; perform LQA and defect tracking; review translators; coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure culturally appropriate content and on-schedule delivery.

Provide global privacy legal counsel across NetEase's international businesses: maintain privacy frameworks, advise on product privacy-by-design and AI compliance, manage DPIAs and cross-border transfers, draft and negotiate DPAs, support incident response and regulatory notifications, train employees, and coordinate outside counsel.

Manage overseas gaming communities, develop community strategies, optimize Discord functions, and report on player feedback within the gaming sector.

Develop and implement marketing strategies for IP collaborations, manage brand partnerships, conduct market research, and optimize campaign performances based on data analysis.
