Visual Communication Designer

Devsinc is seeking a creative and talented Visual Communication Designer to join our team. As a Visual Communication Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that effectively communicate messages and concepts. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop visual assets for various mediums, including print and digital. If you have a strong eye for design, excellent creative skills, and the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs, we would love to hear from you.

• Design and produce a wide range of visual content, including social media graphics, infographics, presentations, and digital assets for marketing campaigns.
• Ensure all designs align with the company's brand guidelines and contribute to a cohesive brand identity.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into visually appealing designs.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and incorporate them into your work to keep our brand fresh and relevant.
• Create and edit multimedia content, including videos and animations, to enhance our visual storytelling.
• Actively participate in feedback sessions and refine designs based on constructive input from stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
  

Qualification

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in visual communication design or a similar role.
• Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and familiarity with video editing software like After Effects or Premiere Pro.
• Design Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, including examples of brand identity, digital content, and multimedia projects.

• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to think creatively and translate ideas into visual concepts.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
