The Role
As a Managing Principal / Director – Data Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in growing Capco’s Data & Analytics capability in Riyadh. This is a senior, hands-on leadership position that blends delivery ownership with market development. You’ll lead high-impact data programmes for major clients while actively contributing to sales activity, account growth, and the expansion of Capco’s footprint in the region.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex data and analytics engagements, remaining hands-on enough to guide technical direction and outcomes
- Act as a trusted senior advisor to client stakeholders, translating business objectives into scalable data solutions
- Drive business development activity, supporting proposals, shaping client opportunities, and building long-term client relationships
- Build and grow Capco’s Data & Analytics presence in Riyadh, contributing to capability development and local market strategy
- Mentor and develop teams, fostering an inclusive, high-performing environment aligned to Capco values
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in leading Consulting firms
- 10+ years’ practical experience in data, analytics or AI roles with significant, demonstrable exposure to the financial services industry
- Senior leadership experience delivering large-scale data and analytics programmes within consulting or complex client environments
- Strong technical grounding across data platforms, architecture, and analytics, with the ability to engage credibly in delivery discussions
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with confidence working at executive level
- Demonstrable consulting background and experience in delivery or sales, account growth and client development.

- Experience working in or across Middle Eastern markets
- Background in financial services or adjacent regulated industries
- Experience shaping new market offerings or growing regional practices
- Native Arabic speaker
