Salary:  £15,831.75 per annum 

Job Location: Westfield Court, Littlehampton 

Hours: 25 hours per week (Worked over 5 days, Monday to Friday) 

Contract Type: Permanent

Grange Property Management are looking for a Visiting Scheme Manager to oversee the management of our properties at Westfield Court in Littlehampton. With a ‘can do’ attitude you’ll prioritise and manage your own workload independently. 

This is a varied and customer facing role supporting residents in maintaining their well-being and independence. Lone working you’ll have support from the Resident Scheme Manager, your Regional Manager and Head Office Team, along with a Training and Support Assistant. 

Organised and able to work on multiple tasks, you’ll have a good understanding of building maintenance as you’ll be responsible for the general management of the building including organising repairs and maintenance of communal areas as well as to the structure of the property. You’ll also oversee contractors who are on annual contracts and carry out the communal cleaning, gardening and window cleaning. 

You’ll be an excellent communicator who enjoys working closely with people from all backgrounds, able to develop and nurture good working relationships with residents, contractors and clients. 

As the first point of contact for any resident complaints, leasehold enquires or property alterations you’ll be able to advise and empathise with the resident age group which is typically 60 plus. 

A good standard of IT knowledge and understanding is an important factor within the Scheme Managers role, as you will be required to use a laptop and applications such as Outlook and Word.

Westfield Court is a development of 37 one and two bedroom apartments located near the seafront in Littlehampton. The communal areas include a resident’s lounge, laundry room, managers office, communal gardens and car park area.
