- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across multiple time zones with precision and flexibility
- Handle email correspondence, prioritize incoming messages, and draft professional communications on behalf of team members
- Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and meeting summaries with meticulous attention to detail
- Organize and maintain digital files, documents, and databases using systematic categorization and naming conventions
- Coordinate projects and tasks across departments, ensuring smooth communication and timely completion of deliverables
- Provide customer-focused support by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Manage travel arrangements, expense reports, and administrative documentation as needed
- Assist with data entry, verification, and maintenance of company systems and spreadsheets
- Support event planning and coordination for team meetings, conferences, and company functions
- Utilize various software tools and platforms to streamline workflows and enhance productivity
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to company policies and data protection guidelines

**Required Skills and Experience:**
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in virtual assistance, administrative support, or related field
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail)
- Comfortable and experienced with digital communication platforms (Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Teams)
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 40 WPM)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional tone and clarity
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize assignments effectively under minimal supervision
- Proven attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality
- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
**Required Education:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Associate degree or certification in business administration, office management, or related field
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software

- Previous experience supporting C-level executives or senior management
