About the Role

We are seeking an energetic, proactive, and highly adaptable Virtual Assistant to support an AI entrepreneur, engineering leader, and business owner. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys learning new things, solving problems independently, and taking initiative.

The ideal candidate does not necessarily need extensive experience. Instead, we are looking for someone with curiosity, strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and excitement about using AI tools to improve productivity and automate processes.

This is a long-term opportunity with significant growth potential as responsibilities expand over time.

 

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Executive Support

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Schedule meetings and appointments
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Assist with calendar management
  • Handle invoice-related and operational processes
  • Organize information and documentation

 

Research & Information Gathering

  • Conduct online research on various topics
  • Gather information and summarize findings
  • Research restaurants, venues, events, and client meeting locations
  • Assist with business and personal research projects

 

Task & Project Support

  • Assist with ad hoc requests and one-off projects
  • Learn and document processes
  • Follow recorded instructions and video walkthroughs
  • Help streamline workflows and improve efficiency
  • Take ownership of recurring tasks after training

 

AI & Automation Support

  • Utilize AI tools to improve productivity
  • Explore opportunities for automation
  • Assist in implementing AI-driven workflows
  • Learn emerging AI technologies and apply them to business operations

 

Content & Social Media Assistance (Occasional)

  • Support content repurposing initiatives
  • Assist with executing existing content workflows
  • Follow established processes for content creation and distribution
  • Help manage content-related administrative tasks as needed

 Personal Assistance

  • Assist with personal administrative tasks
  • Coordinate services and appointments
  • Handle miscellaneous tasks that help reduce the client’s workload
