De-escalate complaints and ensure client satisfaction;
Support VIP operations during peak and high-load periods.
6+ months experience in Customer Relationship Management or Sales roles;
Experience in the iGaming and Sports Betting market;
- English proficiency at a B2 level or higher;
Understand iGaming industry KPIs, metrics, and terminology.
Demonstrate strong negotiation skills;
Communicate clearly and effectively with diverse clients;
