Position Overview:

The VIP Marketing Account Manager plays a vital role in driving strategic marketing initiatives for CCM’s top-tier Loan Officers. This role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive annual marketing plans tailored to individual client needs.  This role serves as a trusted partner and advisor, cultivating long-term relationships by providing marketing best practices, promoting company services, and addressing client needs and concerns with care and precision. The VIP Marketing Account Manager manages both internal and external stakeholders using a strategic mindset and excellent communication skills to accomplish impactful outcomes.

This position operates within Pacific Standard Time Zone working hours to support the West Coast region.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for a select, top tier performing loan officers.

  • Build and nurture meaningful relationships with loan officers to understand their needs, goals and preferences.

  • Create processes and guides to enhance team efficiency and support team growth.  

  • Effectively understand and communicate brand strategy and consumer targeting to ensure all integrated marketing efforts align with the account strategies.

  • Create and deliver custom strategic marketing campaigns targeted at driving leads and brand recognition to clients including conception, creative and media plan development, management, and measurement.

  • Oversee management of marketing programs, events, sponsorships, and related activities that accurately deliver CCM’s marketing strategy and overall business strategy for assigned clients.

  • Prioritize and manage several tasks simultaneously to exceed client expectations and deadlines across multiple projects; deliver prompt and effective solutions to client issues and requests, ensuring exceptional satisfaction and retention across assigned accounts.

  • Act as a subject matter expert for all marketing initiatives including paid social, digital, OOH, traditional, etc.

  • Act as the liaison for the loan officer(s) across all internal marketing teams as well as the conduit to all support groups throughout the entire CCM organization.

  • Assist in managing clients’ budget, including forecasting, review, and reconciliation.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or closely related field.

  • 5+ years of experience and demonstrated success in leading marketing initiatives.

  • Experience in annual marketing planning for sales organizations.

  • Experience in Cross-Functional marketing.

  • Knowledge of core digital and traditional marketing channels to select appropriate formats to match strategy.

  • Knowledge of integrated marketing strategies and tactics and how they come together to provide measurable results.

  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills to gain consensus.

  • Skill in building trust, navigating complex relationships through diplomacy, consistency, competence, and integrity.

  • Excellent project management and problem resolution skills to adjust plans quickly to meet changing needs and provide best-in-class experiences.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact and communicate across a variety of stakeholder groups including technical, subject matter experts, C-suite, branch and VPs.

  • Proficient in Adobe Pro and Microsoft Office Suite.
