Monitor purchase pipelines, maintain accurate loan data, support timely certification and funding, mentor junior staff, and contribute to process improvements.

Assists with researching, developing, implementing, and monitoring mortgage products and programs for agency, specialty, and affordable housing lenders. Coordinates Loan Origination System templates, documents, and standard operating procedures; communicates product updates to sales and internal teams; and manages relationships with investors and housing agencies. The role requires reviewing complex mortgage guidelines, supporting product rollouts, and maintaining direct investor communication.

Develops positioning, messaging, educational content, launch plans, and sales enablement materials for mortgage products.
