In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate packaging designs, optimize fulfillment workflows, and maintain quality standards for all gifts, ensuring every touchpoint is thoughtful, polished, and on-brand. What You'll Do
- Own fulfillment of gift requests and shipping logistics, managing timelines, fulfillment, and cross-functional alignment.
- Execute gifting at in-person events including activations, partner gatherings, and experiences.
- Assemble and ship high-end gift kits with speed, care, and accuracy to VIPs, partners, and internal recipients.
- Coordinate logistics, shipping documentation, and inventory tracking across Boston office and warehouse locations.
- Work cross-functionally with eCommerce, Merchandising, and Warehouse teams to spot trends and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure every gift reflects DraftKings' high standards for brand, quality, and impact.
What You'll Bring
- At least 2 years of proven experience in supply chain management, inventory management, warehouse operations, or fulfillment logistics.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail across both physical and digital workflows.
- A proactive mindset and ability to project manage with multiple deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience with shipping, fulfillment, or inventory systems and eCommerce tools such as Shopify or Salesforce is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to work occasional nights, weekends, or travel for events as needed.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 56,800.00 USD - 71,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
