Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Village Manager to oversee all aspects of Village Services within our client contract. This role ensures the highest quality of work across all village services, meets budget constraints, and fulfills all contractual obligations and Key Performance Indicators. The Village Manager will manage Heads of Department for services such as Accommodation and Food & Beverage, ensuring seamless operations and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review performance with clients and management
- Communicate operational goals, OHS, and business developments
- Implement procedures to improve customer satisfaction
- Collect and review user satisfaction data
- Lead incident investigations and audits
- Report to Head Office with site summaries and operational reports
- Provide technical troubleshooting and support
- Ensure equipment meets specifications
- Manage staffing and workplace inspections
- Deliver on-site training and promote diversity
- Manage employee engagement surveys
- Implement cost minimization measures
- Oversee cash transactions and perform financial analysis
- Conduct OHS Toolbox Talks and monitor material consumption
- Develop new environmental, safety, and training programs
- Foster strong staff relationships and ensure compliance with HSEQ plans
- Assist with injury management and ensure service agreement compliance
- Maintain high standards in kitchen and cleaning processes
- Ensure staff training and address issues promptly
- Conduct business reviews and plan future events
Qualifications
Experience:
- Experience in managing and mentoring teams
- Background in FIFO service operations
- Senior Secondary Certificate of Education
- Business degree preferred (MBA)
