What You'll Bring to the Table:

JOB OVERVIEW
To be successful in this role, you will have a passion for creating engaging and impactful video content, with proven experience as a Video Editor and a strong portfolio showcasing your editing skills across various types of content.
You will be responsible for editing a variety of high-quality video content for paid ads and lo-fi content for organic social media.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos that align with the project objectives
  • Ensure that video content maintains a high level of quality, consistency, and professionalism
  • Ensure that video content is produced and turned around within KPI timeframes.
  • Ensure that video content produced is achieving required KPIs pertaining to following and engagement
  • Monthly review of content and provide suggestions for optimisations
  • Incorporate internal feedback into video edits in a timely manner
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in video editing techniques and software
  • Create video content for paid ads, organic social media, website assets, training material on an ad hoc basis

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2-4 years of proven experience in video editing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
  • Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for visual storytelling
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Ability to creatively solve problems and innovate under tight deadlines
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is advantageous
  • An understanding of basic principles of graphic design
  • Communicative with progress and/or report issues.
