Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Maintain effective communication with team to understand the business process, functionality, and software to produce well documented guides
- Determine the needs of end users of technical documentation
- Study product samples and talk with product designers and developers
- Work with technical staff to make products easier to use and thus need fewer instructions
- Use photographs, drawings, diagrams, animation, and charts that increase users’ understanding
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or other related courses.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Technical writing capabilities
