Vice President, Reward, EMEA

I am growing the People & Culture team at STACK Infrastructure and looking for an experienced Reward, Compensation and Benefits leader to join us in the UK in an EMEA-wide role. Reward is more than pay and benefits, it's a strategic driver of business performance, employee experience and growth. As Vice President, Reward, EMEA, you'll shape the reward strategy for one of Europe's fastest-growing digital infrastructure businesses, partnering with senior leaders to build scalable, commercially focused reward programmes that support our continued expansion.

The Opportunity

Lead all aspects of Reward across EMEA, including compensation frameworks, benefits, pay equity, EMEA payroll governance, salary benchmarking, annual compensation reviews, bonus and incentive processes, reward modelling, annual budgeting, data analysis and reward programme development.
While the role requires strategic thinking, senior stakeholder influence and the ability to design scalable reward programmes, it also requires someone who enjoys being hands-on, moving comfortably between strategy and operational delivery every day.

The Person Who Will Thrive Here

This role will suit someone who enjoys pace, ownership, collaboration and creating a culture of fairness. You'll be comfortable operating in an environment where not everything is fully defined, where priorities evolve quickly and where the ability to prioritise, adapt and deliver is essential. You'll be successful if you combine deep reward expertise with curiosity, commercial judgement, humility and a willingness to get into the detail while building scalable solutions for the future.

Location

Based in our London head office this is an EMEA role. We value in-person collaboration and close partnership with the wider business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Reward, Compensation and Benefits across EMEA, ensuring programmes are commercially aligned, competitive, equitable and scalable.
  • Own the annual compensation review process, including salary reviews, bonus planning, budgeting, data preparation, stakeholder guidance, governance and communication.
  • Develop and improve reward programmes across EMEA, including compensation structures, benefits offerings, incentive models, pay equity analysis and benchmarking.
  • Provide oversight and governance for EMEA payroll, working closely with HR Operations, Finance and external payroll providers to ensure accurate, timely and compliant payroll delivery.
  • Partner with Finance on workforce cost planning, annual budgeting, reward modelling and compensation-related forecasting.
  • Use data to generate insight, identify trends, highlight risks and make clear recommendations to the CPO, CFO and senior stakeholders.
  • Support pay equity, salary benchmarking and market analysis across multiple European countries.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, HR, Finance, Legal and external partners.
  • Bring structure, governance and continuous improvement to reward processes while keeping pace with a fast-moving business.
  • Use technology and AI thoughtfully to improve efficiency, accuracy and insight while recognising where human judgement, confidentiality and relationship management matter most.

The Experience We Are Looking For

  • Experience working in a high-growth, investor-backed, private equity or commercial environment.
  • Experience developing, delivering and improving LTIP, MIP reward programmes, benefits structures, compensation frameworks and incentive models.
  • Strong knowledge of European reward practices, ideally including Italy
  • Proven experience overseeing EMEA wide payroll.
  • Experience leading annual compensation reviews across multiple countries, including salary review, bonus planning, calibration, data analysis, budget management and stakeholder communication.
  • Strong analytical capability and confidence working with complex compensation, payroll and benefits data.
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and providing clear, practical reward advice.

What Will Make You Stand Out

  • You have a genuine passion for Reward, Compensation and Benefits and take pride in creating programmes that are fair, commercially sound and well executed.
  • You don't just analyse data—you use insight to influence decisions, identify opportunities and improve business outcomes.
  • You're equally comfortable developing reward strategy, validating complex data and ensuring excellent execution.
  • You take ownership, solve problems pragmatically and build trusted relationships across the business.
  • You embrace AI and technology to improve efficiency and insight, while recognising where judgement, discretion and relationships add the greatest value.

  • Fair & Transparent Compensation Pay is framed as competitive across a range of roles, with multiple examples of higher compensation in sales, technical, construction, and leadership positions. Pay is also described as “pretty good,” and compensation is presented as a positive part of the overall employment experience.
  • Healthcare Strength Healthcare is positioned as comprehensive, with medical, dental, vision, life/disability, and mental-health/EAP elements repeatedly referenced.
