Job Description – VP Marketplace & Quick Commerce

Location: Hyderabad

Reporting To: CMO

We are looking for an experienced leader to scale beauty brand across marketplaces and quick commerce platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart, driving ₹100 Cr+ annual revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end P&L for marketplace and quick commerce business
Drive revenue growth, profitability, pricing, promotions, and ad spends
Optimize traffic, conversions, catalog visibility, SEO, and marketplace rankings
Lead partnerships and JBP discussions with major marketplace platforms
Manage operations, inventory planning, fulfillment, and supply chain coordination
Build and lead high-performing marketplace and analytics teams
Implement performance dashboards, SOPs, and reporting systems

Exposure to omnichannel retail and D2C integrations

Requirements

Required Experience
- 7–12 years in marketplace/e-commerce leadership roles
- Experience in D2C, FMCG, Beauty, or Consumer brands
- Proven track record of scaling ₹100 Cr+ GMV business
- Strong expertise in Amazon, Flipkart, quick commerce, ads, and pricing analytics
- Good understanding of product positioning, profitability, and lifecycle management
Good to Have
- Global marketplace launch experience (US/UAE)
- Exposure to omnichannel retail and D2C integrations

Skills Required

7-12 years of experience in marketplace or e-commerce leadership roles
Experience in D2C, FMCG, beauty, or consumer brands
Proven track record scaling a ₹100 Cr+ GMV business
Strong expertise in Amazon, Flipkart, quick commerce, advertising, and pricing analytics
Understanding of product positioning, profitability, and lifecycle management
