Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead technical design and development of large-scale, cloud-native Java applications
- Drive architecture decisions for microservices, APIs, security, and performance optimization
- Mentor and guide engineering teams, ensuring code quality and best practices
- Oversee end-to-end delivery, including design, development, release, and production support
- Collaborate closely with Security teams for KEV/Critical/High vulnerability remediation
- Partner with Product, Cloud, DevOps, and Architecture in shaping the technical roadmap
- Review and optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability
- Provide leadership during production incidents and RCA efforts
- Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements
Required Qualifications:
- Experience with CI/CD, IaC (Terraform/ARM), GitOps workflows
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, API governance, performance tuning
- Solid understanding of security standards, cloud governance, and vulnerability lifecycle
- Solid background in Azure/AWS cloud services, Kubernetes/AKS/EKS, and DevOps automation
- Expert-level proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security, microservices
- Leadership Skills
- Proven experience driving engineering excellence and delivering complex programs
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional engineering teams
- Demonstrated solid communication and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to define roadmaps, make architectural decisions, and enforce engineering standards
