Vice President of Digital Revenue & Strategy
About the Role:
10Pearls is seeking a Vice President of Digital Revenue & Strategy for their New York offices to build and formalize its rapidly growing division, 10Pearls Digital.

10Pearls is a global, purpose-driven technology services company which helps businesses accelerate their technology needs. In 2021, 10Pearls began the buildout of its digital agency practice with the acquisition of Likeable Media, a social media agency located in the heart of New York City. Other strategic acquisitions have helped support the buildout of this practice, including Pixel506, a nearshore digital technology company with an agency division located in Costa Rica. We have the tools and the talent of a full service digital agency, and we are looking for leadership that helps drive revenue for that agency at lightning speed.
We are looking for a unique, networked, strategic leader with agency experience who is digitally fluent, and is comfortable committing to exceeding revenue targets as a fearless sales leader. This leader understands that a consultative sales approach is the method to growing an agency, and has the rolodex to get us in the door. This person will be the primary driver of revenue for the organization and will allow us to showcase our collective expertise.
Working with top name clients in consumer packaged goods, healthcare and retail, the Vice President will be responsible for leading the overall digital strategic vision and deliverables. This person will also be charged with facilitating the growth of 10Pearls Digital, by implementing best-practice solutions through a strategic planning process at one of the fastest growing divisions at 10Pearls.
The right person is an outstanding strategic leader with broad expertise in building brands in both traditional and digital media who is able to marry business strategy and consumer insights to the potential of technology.
This position is remote or NYC based, if desired. Candidates may prefer to be local to the NYC area due proximity to our Midtown office and our client base. Occasional onsite meetings will be required.
- 5+ years in an agency leadership position, with over 8 years total experience creating opportunities for brands in digital, mobile, search, and other emerging technologies.
- Trusted by clients as a source for ongoing digital strategic expertise.
- Proven success developing relationships with C-suite marketers.
- History of pitching and winning business from new and existing clients.
- Demonstrated ability for delivering strategic solutions AND seeing them through with stellar execution.
