Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced analyst to implement the bank’s data-driven transformation agenda. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in advanced analytics, campaign management, and data visualization, with a proven ability to translate complex insights into actionable strategies. This role is pivotal in fostering a data-centric culture across the organization, enabling informed decision-making and driving measurable business outcomes.

What you will be doing:

Advanced Analytics

  • Lead the development and execution of advanced analytics initiatives, including predictive modeling, customer segmentation, and data mining, to support strategic decision-making.

  • Partner with cross-functional business units to identify analytical requirements and deliver tailored, data-driven solutions that optimize business performance.

  • Communicate complex analytical insights effectively by presenting findings and actionable recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Campaign management

  • Redesign and oversee the end-to-end campaign management process, driving efficiency and effectiveness through data-driven strategies.

  • Establish a robust campaign performance measurement framework and lead regular performance reviews to ensure continuous improvement and ROI optimization.

Analytics Visualization

  • Design and implement interactive, user-centric dashboards and visualization tools to empower stakeholders across segments, products, and channels with timely insights.

  • Enable self-service analytics capabilities, ensuring business users can access and interpret data intuitively to support informed decision-making

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 10+ years in data analytics, business analytics, data science or related work

  • Extensive hands-on experience with SAS, Python and SQL for advanced data analysis and modelling.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise-scale big data platforms, such as Hadoop, Spark, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure).

  • Proficiency in leading visualization and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik, Tableau), with the ability to automate reporting and translate dashboard insights into actionable business recommendations.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills, ensuring accuracy and reliability in all deliverables.

  • Clear and concise documentation and communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Experience in data migration and transformation projects is highly desirable.
