This role will lead critical engagements at the highest levels of business and government to execute on CoreWeave’s position as the AI-native hyperscaler of choice—including Sovereign AI—at a moment of unprecedented demand for AI infrastructure across enterprise, AI-native, and public sector customers.

About the role:

The ideal candidate brings deep experience building and scaling cloud and technology businesses, with an understanding of hypergrowth and hyperscale operations and the backing to deploy infrastructure at the scale required to serve the AI transformation happening right now across the Americas.

Strategy & Market Leadership

  • Define and execute CoreWeave’s strategy across the Americas, owning the business including revenue targets, cross-functional teams, product capabilities for Americas customers, capacity planning based on regional market needs, and overall market expansion strategy.
  • Drive substantial revenue growth through hyperscale customer acquisition and expansion across AI-native companies, enterprise, ISVs, research institutions, and government sectors.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a world-class Americas organization including field sales leaders, strategic account executives, solutions architects with deep AI, cloud, and technology expertise, and specialized teams for AI-native, enterprise, ISV, and public sector segments.
  • Build relationships with frontier AI labs, digital natives, large enterprises, and government entities deploying AI—positioning CoreWeave as the infrastructure partner for building AI capabilities at national and regional scale.
  • Shape CoreWeave’s Americas Sovereign AI and public sector strategy in partnership with BD, Legal, and Government Affairs, navigating regulatory, data residency, and funding dynamics across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America.
  • Develop vertical-specific AI expertise across industries: financial services, healthcare, media & entertainment, automotive, gaming, and energy—tailored to Americas customer needs and buying patterns.
  • Develop a comprehensive partner strategy with hyperscalers, GSIs, regional SIs, ISVs, and key technology alliances to drive enterprise AI transformation across the region.
  • Own regional forecasting, pipeline health, and operating rigor in partnership with Global Revenue Operations—ensuring accurate forecasts, disciplined deal reviews, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, legal, and finance teams on regional strategy, requirements, and execution.
Who You Are:
  • 15+ years in enterprise technology sales and business leadership, with significant cloud and technology focus including AI
  • 10+ years with Americas or multi-region responsibility (e.g., U.S. + Canada and/or Latin America), including multi-country P&L ownership.
  • Proven track record achieving >$100M ARR, and ideally >$1B, in Americas technology business leadership roles.
  • Experience leading strategic engagements at the highest levels including Boards, C-Suites, government officials, and technical leaders including CTOs, CIOs, Chief AI/ML Officers, and research teams.
  • Proven ability building and leading solutions architecture teams and recruiting world-class talent across diverse markets and functional roles.
  • Deep technical fluency with cloud infrastructure, AI/ML, and distributed system technologies.
  • Based in the Americas with willingness to travel extensively across the region.
Preferred:
  • Technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience operating within hyperscalers, large cloud providers, or scaled infrastructure platforms in North America.
  • Spanish or Portuguese language skills, and prior experience doing business in Latin American markets, are a plus but not required.
