Principales responsabilités

En tant que véritable ambassadeur(rice) de LEGO® et de ses valeurs, les missions principales du Conseiller.ère de vente (H/F) s’articulent autour des axes suivants :

  • Assurer une expérience unique à tous nos visiteurs via un accueil personnalisé, chaleureux, convivial et amusant (par le jeu).
  • Animer les aires de jeux pour faire découvrir nos produits.
  • Conseiller et Vendre : grâce à votre écoute et votre expertise produits, vous orientez le client dans ses choix.
  • Encaisser selon les procédures et standards en vigueur.
  • Fidéliser notre clientèle en proposant notre programme de fidélité.
  • Encourager le feedback de nos clients de sorte à optimiser notre qualité de service (NPS).
  • Maintenir les normes visuelles, de merchandising et de réception et rangement des stocks en vigueur au sein de LEGO® Brand Retail.
  • Participer à toute autre activité selon les besoins du magasin.

Pour réussir dans ce poste, vous devez avoir :

- Appétence à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et y contribuer.

- Une expérience retail dans un environnement exigeant et centré sur le service client.

- Polyvalence, disponibilité, capacité à travailler selon des horaires flexibles, y compris le week-end.

- Autonomie, sens de l'organisation, rigueur, proactivité, ponctualité et assiduité.

- Qualités relationnelles, esprit d'équipe et sens du service au client.

- La maîtrise de l’anglais et une expérience de travail avec des enfants seraient des atouts.
