Main Responsibilities
Content & Experience Specialist
- Own and build the integrated Social & Content Marketing strategy for Vaseline Pro-Derma, aligned with business objectives and senior stakeholder priorities.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign execution across social media and digital touchpoints, ensuring seamless consumer experience.
- Ensure audience segmentation aligned with Vaseline Pro-Derma’s Jobs-to-be-Done framework.
- Manage team to deliver high-quality content briefs to agencies and partners.
- Track and optimize content performance metrics across owned and earned media using advanced analytics tools.
- Champion consumer experience excellence across all digital touchpoints, ensuring frictionless journeys from awareness to conversion.
- Responsibility for Visibility design & strategy
Candidate Criteria
Experience & Qualification
- 5+ years in Digital Marketing, Content Strategy, and Consumer Experience within beauty/skincare or FMCG.
- Proven expertise in social media ecosystems, influencer marketing, and community engagement. - Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Ability to manage relationships in a matrix organization and collaborate with global teams.
