Job DescriptionThe Value Realization Manager is responsible for ensuring that Finance transformation investments deliver measurable and sustainable business value. The role establishes and governs the Benefits Realization Framework, validates business cases and benefit assumptions, tracks financial and non-financial outcomes, and provides transparent reporting on value delivery across the Finance portfolio.
Working closely with Business Sponsors, Regional CFOs, Global Process Owners, FSSC Leaders, IT, and Project Managers, the Value Realization Manager ensures that approved benefits are realized, sustained, and aligned with strategic objectives. The role acts as the custodian of value realization across Finance initiatives.
Owns end-to-end value realization across Finance transformation initiatives by defining benefit governance, validating business cases and benefit assumptions, monitoring realization performance, driving value recovery actions, and ensuring approved benefits are realized and sustained across Finance programs.

Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related discipline.

- 7+ years of experience in Finance Transformation, PMO, Portfolio Management, Continuous Improvement, Business Performance, or Strategy Execution
- Experience managing business cases, benefits tracking, financial analysis, and value realization activities
- Experience working with large transformation programs, ERP implementations, shared services, or operating model transformations
- Exposure to Oracle, SAP, Digital Transformation, Automation, AI, or Process Excellence initiatives is highly desirable
- Certifications (Preferred)
- PMP or other relevant certifications
- Lean Six Sigma
- Management Accounting or Finance certification
