The role also supports recurring contract growth, customer retention, regulatory discussions, and project handover to operations.

Provides administrative, client, invoicing, document-control, and executive support for Energy Management and Industrial Director functions. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, preparing quotes and SAP orders, generating invoices and certificates, distributing reports, monitoring payments, maintaining ISO documentation, coordinating information and cross-functional tasks, and compiling reports and presentations. Requires strong English communication, organization, integrity, digital-system proficiency, and adaptability in a changing environment.

Leads quality management and compliance across Cebu and Davao laboratories. Perform end-to-end Procure-to-Pay activities including invoice processing, PO matching, payments, accruals, VAT reporting, month-end close tasks, supplier inquiries, reconciliations, KPI support and process improvements while ensuring SLA/KPI compliance and training/coaching P2P team members.

Supports laboratory-services growth through customer outreach, lead management, quotations, pricing, CRM updates, cross-selling, and coordination with laboratory and sales teams. Develops new and existing customer relationships, manages web inquiries, communicates customer requirements, and ensures timely responses and accurate opportunity tracking.
