Position Summary
You will lead product marketing in Taiwan to drive growth and improve patient outcomes. You will work closely with medical, sales, regulatory, supply and regional teams.   • Develop and deliver local product and portfolio marketing plans aligned to regional strategy.
  • Translate customer and market insight into clear customer journeys and channel plans.
  • Plan and run multichannel campaigns, events and promotional programs with strong execution discipline.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure launch readiness, supply alignment and compliant delivery.
  • Measure campaign performance and market trends, and recommend timely corrective actions.
  • Provide local adaptation needs to regional/global teams and help create required local materials.

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, marketing, business or related field.
  • At least 3-5 years product marketing or brand management experience in pharmaceuticals or healthcare.
  • Practical experience in multichannel marketing and campaign execution.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and proficient in English, with clear written and spoken communication.

Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus

  • Experience launching new products or managing lifecycle strategies.
  • Knowledge of Taiwan market dynamics, reimbursement and regulatory environment.
  • Experience working with regional or above-country teams.
  • Background in vaccines, specialty or general medicines.
  • Project management experience and familiarity with budget management.
  • Advanced degree such as MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification.

Working arrangement
This role is based in Taiwan. It is primarily on-site with flexibility for hybrid working as agreed with your manager.
