YOUR KEY MISSION

Working as a bridge between Havana Club in Cuba and Pernod Ricard’s HR teams, you will contribute to the roll-out of the local HR strategy. As part of your missions, you will work on the improvement and homogenization of the HR process, you will manage the local VIE community and participate in various HR projects!

1.HR Management of VIEs and HRBP support for Expatriates

  • Act as HRBP for VIEs based in Cuba (12 VIE): recruiting, onboarding and performance-follow-up

  • Local HR support for VIEs and Pernod Ricard expatriates

  • HR Cycle follow up considering the local constraints (local tools, …)

2.Annual wellbeing survey

Pernod Ricard is engaged in the wellbeing of all employees, as part of this priority, the Group has launched regular “pulse surveys”:

  • Prepare and adapt the Group Survey to the local constraints

  • Perform analysis and communicate the results to key stakeholders (employees, HR teams, Executive Committee).

  • Prepare an action plan by leading the working groups

  • Follow up of the local action plan

3.Local training plan

Employee development is at the heart of our HR Strategy. As local HR, you will be accountable for the training plan and reporting key figures to the Group:

  • Build and follow up 2026’ training plan according to the budget established

  • Budget monitoring & Training plan management

  • Ensure the good use of the new follow-up tool

  • Impulse new solutions of training based on the local needs and taking into account the local constraints

  • Ensures regular monitoring to facilitate the reporting of annual training KPIs

4.Other missions

Depending on HR actualities and the VIE interests some missions can be added:

  • Onboarding program management

  • Crisis Management: Project with the Pernod Ricard group's security team to update our security processes

  • Building an animation of a Pernod Ricard VIEs Community (based on the Cuban experience)

  • Other projects can be added

If you recognize yourself in the description below, don’t wait to apply!

  • With a master’s degree in human resources and at least 2 years' experience (not including work-study and internships), you are looking for a VIE in a stimulating professional and cultural environment.

  • We're looking for a candidate who is autonomous, takes initiative and has excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Adaptability is essential in Cuba.

  • French and Spanish required, English a plus

  • Driving License (over 2 years) is compulsory

Recruiting process:

  • First interview with a member of the Talent Acquisition team

  • Case study and interview with the HR Business Partner in charge of the VIE based in Paris (face to face interview in our offices)

  • Interview with the Cuban HRD

  • Conversation with the current VIE to answer all your questions
