The Role
CYE is looking for a UX/UI designer with a proven track record of building and maintaining cutting edge security products. The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and tight deadlines. This role requires to be hands-on and to define the teamwork process to enable effective UX work.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the products design vision, framework, and UX strategy
- Define visual language and standards to create the application style guides for developers
- Work closely with Product Managers to understand the customer business needs and product requirements
- Participate in all phases of the product development lifecycle including product definition, user research, deliverables definition, effort estimation, design, usability testing and post-launch evaluation
- Perform usability testing and prototyping with clients and sales engineers
- Work closely with R&D, QA and Product Management to design, execute and review the implementation of the requirements
- Create concepts while balancing business goals and users’ needs. Define information architecture and plan clear navigation models. Produce wireframes and prototypes to create simple, intuitive, usable, and engaging experiences for our users
Qualifications
- 4+ years of UX and UI design hands on experience
- Deep experience in Figma
- Comfort with user analytics data: Natural at working with user analytics data and exploring data platforms to understand user behavior and user journeys
- Enterprise (B2B) applications UX design experience
- Ability to understand and distill complex problems into elegant, informed solutions
- Experience in usability testing and prototyping with clients and sales engineers
- Experience in building and implementing a central design system
- Ability to lead without authority and to impact Product Management and development
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to effectively collaborate with multi-functional and multi-disciplined teams
- Experience in working in agile methodology
