Requirements
Benefits
At CubX, we don’t just build software — we create delightful, high-impact user experiences that make our tools feel effortless, clear, and modern. We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer who can turn requirements into structured workflows and beautiful interfaces, and who knows how to move fast without sacrificing quality.
If you're the type of designer who can take something complex and make it feel simple — and you love using AI to accelerate (not replace) your process — we want to meet you.
Your Role:- Translate real requirements into real experiences — turn ideas, needs, and constraints into clear workflows and UI solutions.
- Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and usability testing to deeply understand user pain points and behaviors.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs that communicate clearly and guide development confidently.
- Design interfaces that are not just clean, but special, thoughtful, and highly user-friendly.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure the experience is feasible and implemented with precision.
- Use AI tools responsibly to speed up iteration, generate ideas, explore patterns, and increase productivity — without compromising quality.
- Improve and refine existing experiences using user feedback, analytics, and product insight.
- Stay current on UX/UI best practices, modern web patterns, accessibility standards, and product design trends.
- Participate in ideation and planning sessions — contributing to how products should work, not just how they should look.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent real-world experience).
- 2+ years experience in UX/UI design (or strong portfolio proving capability).
- A strong portfolio showing not just visuals — but your thinking, including:
- workflows and user journeys
- problem-solving
- iteration
- usability improvements
- Experience with tools like Figma (preferred), Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, usability, and interaction design.
- Ability to turn vague requirements into structured solutions with clarity and confidence.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills — able to work across product + dev teams.
- Experience designing responsive web applications (desktop + mobile).
- Bonus: HTML/CSS knowledge (not required, but helpful).
- Highly organized, fast-moving, and able to balance speed with craft.
- Passion for building experiences that feel modern, intuitive, and unusually easy to use.
Benefits
- Competitive pay with performance-based growth
- Paid time off and company holidays
- Health, dental, and vision insurance options
- 401(k) retirement plan with company match
- On-site gym for employee wellness
- Modern, collaborative office environment
- Ongoing training and professional development
- Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology
- Team events and employee appreciation initiatives
- Strong company culture focused on innovation and teamwork
