Manage day-to-day procurement for hardware, software, licensing, and cloud services: obtain quotes, place and track orders, handle RMAs/returns, manage renewals, maintain procurement records, reconcile invoices, and partner with internal teams and vendors to support client projects and identify upsell opportunities.

Provide Level 2 support for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices; administer Microsoft 365 and Azure/Azure AD; configure networking (SonicWall, Meraki, UniFi), Intune/Autopilot, and email security; use ITSM tools for ticketing and documentation; assist with on-site installations, migrations, and cloud deployments; participate in on-call rotation and travel to client sites (~15%).

Design and produce customer education programs: onboarding journeys, training videos, interactive learning paths, knowledge base content, in-app guidance, and security/Microsoft 365 adoption materials. Collaborate with engineers and support to translate technical concepts into engaging visuals and scalable learning systems that increase adoption and reduce support requests.

Provide high-level executive support to the CEO, managing calendar, travel, communications, meeting prep, and follow-through. Anticipate needs, handle confidential matters, coordinate with leadership and external partners, support office operations, onboarding, expense reports, and special projects while creating systems to improve executive efficiency.

Provide Tier 2/3 IT support for Windows and macOS endpoints, administer Microsoft 365 services, troubleshoot networking (DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls), configure email security, maintain tickets/documentation, assist on IT projects and offer occasional after-hours/on-call client support.
