Role Description:
As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing user-centered experiences for our enterprise software products. You will work with cross-functional teams to create innovative design solutions that meet business and user needs. This role requires strong design skills and the ability to communicate design ideas effectively.
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, Psychology, or related field.
2+ years of experience in UX design with a strong portfolio of work.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Experience in user research and usability testing.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of design systems and accessibility standards.
Typical Role Responsibilities:
Design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for enterprise software products.
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design alignment with project goals.
Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of the design system.

Designing a new dashboard or data grid for a testing software application, focusing on data visualization and user interaction.
Conducting user research to understand user pain points and create user personas.
